Why should my startup exhibit?

It's all about boosting awareness and building profound business relationships with potential clients, critical partners and investors that will help you grow. Additionally, scheduling meetings with hosted buyers is only possible for exhibitors. Use your chance to get in touch with thousands of attendees, to evaluate opportunities and challenges, to find business partners and learn from others.

What is included in the Startup Exhibition Packages?

Each Startup Exhibition Package comes with a branded booth that includes an exhibition desk as well as two high chairs. Both Wi-Fi and electricity is provided by us. Additionally, you can enhance your representation for product demos and more with a 43” HD display with a floor stand by upgrading to either the Startup Exhibition Package “Growth” or “Rocket”. Whereas the Packages “Classic” and “Growth” allow you to exhibit for one day, the Startup Exhibition Package “Rocket” offers you two entire exhibition days.

What about brand integration?

We ensure offline and online logo exposure for all exhibitors on our event website, in our event app, and on-site at the event.

Is there a guaranteed number of meetings I will get with hosted buyers if I have an approporiate ticket?

We don’t guarantee a minimum number of meetings per ticket owner, as hosted buyers choose who they meet with. We don’t force anyone to have meetings they don’t need to.

What type of buyers would I be meeting with?

The hosted buyers attending must work for a nationwide or global organization part of one of the following ecosystem stakeholders:

a) Health Provider or Health System

b) Payer

c) Pharma, LifeScience & BioTech

The buyers must further be looking for a solution or partnership for their business and be responsible for buying or evaluating health technology solutions for their organizations.

How do I schedule meetings with hosted buyers?

Both parties have to agree for a meeting to be confirmed. Simply click ‘Connect' and then 'Suggest meeting' on a buyer profile to initiate a request. If the buyer accepts, you will choose a mutually available time to book the meeting. Buyers can also request a meeting with you.

When will I be able to schedule meetings with hosted buyers?

The hosted buyer platform will launch up to three weeks prior to 2024. Meetings can be scheduled and rescheduled any time until and even during 2024.

When will the hosted buyer meetings take place?

The hosted buyer meetings will take place during the two conference days on 5-6 June 2024 based on the conference's opening hours in a dedicated meeting area on the show floor. When the hosted buyer platform launches up to three weeks prior to the event, participants will be able to manage their availability. Since these are double opt-in meetings, the appointments take place at times when both parties are available.

Who is eligible to apply for the Startup Exhibition?

The Startup Exhibition is limited to early stage startups that:

- are tech-driven companies with a scalable business model

- have launched an MVP in 2014 or later

- have fewer than 100 employees

This opportunity is not offered to professional service based companies or consultancies.

How do I apply for the Startup Exhibition?

When and how will participants be selected?

We aim at covering the entire healthtech startup ecosystem. The earlier you apply the more likely you get an exhibition booth. In order to make planning your trip easy, we will give you feedback within a couple of days. If applications exceed the limit of available spots, no more startups will be chosen to participate.

What happens after being selected?

Once accepted, we will reach out to you to confirm the Startup Exhibition Package you want to be represented by. We will handle the payment details and provide you with the tickets accordingly. We will further provide relevant information and support you with tips to get ready for exhibiting at and making the most out of your attendance at 2024.

When and how will I be informed about the exhibition day?

When deciding for the Startup Exhibition Package “Classic” or “Growth”, you will be exhibiting for one day only. We will distribute all startups evenly over the two days. You will be informed about the exhibition day a couple of weeks prior to the event so you can plan your trip.

I have already bought tickets, can I return them?

Tickets you’ve already bought can be credited to your Startup Exhibition Package, so no need to return them. For tickets bought at discounted rates (e.g., Crazy Bird or 2-for-1 Sale), the difference to the full price must be paid.
