As founder of Digital Health Connector and team member at nina capital, she supports collaboration across the healthtech ecosystem, co-founded Digital Health Innovators Barcelona, and partners with major global initiatives.

Dr. Andre Heeg, MD, DDS, is Managing Director and Partner at BCG X, leading global healthcare innovation. A former surgeon turned digital health leader, he scaled patient access at Zocdoc, drove digital transformation at Sandoz, and now helps top healthcare players build the future of care. A McKinsey alum and angel investor, he bridges medicine, technology, and strategy to make health systems smarter and more human.

Christian Hein is a HealthTech and AI executive advisor and former VP of Digital Transformation at Novartis, where he scaled patient-facing AI to 400,000 users and empowered 5,000+ commercial staff with AI tools globally. He serves on the SNOMED International board, advises AI startups like Quant Health, supports corporates with GenAI strategy, and is a HealthTech Venture Partner at Vorwerk Ventures.

Farina Schurzfeld is a serial entrepreneur and digital mental health pioneer. She co-founded Selfapy, Germany’s leading digital therapy platform, and founded SVDGV, representing digital health players nationwide. She also launched the Health.Tech conference and mentors in Grace and Founder Institute. Now leading AndRobin, she drives impact-focused growth and was named to Forbes 30 Under 30 and “25 Women Making the World More Sustainable.”

Imogen is a digital health leader with a background in chemistry and 9+ years of experience, heads the Solution Delivery team at Merck’s Global Digital Health organization. She oversees the design, development, and delivery of solutions serving patients, carers, and healthcare professionals. Known for her drive, creativity, and caring leadership, she excels at bringing people together to make things happen.

Dr. Jochen Hurlebaus is Founder & President of Aluna Healthcare Consulting and Co-Founder & CSO of HealthSeed Venture Studio. With 25 years in Diagnostics, Pharma, and Clinical Practice, he helped shape Roche’s innovation strategy and founded Startup Creasphere, accelerating nearly 100 startups. Today, he advises startups, leaders, and investors on scaling healthcare innovation globally.

Marc Cikes is a healthcare investment professional and board director with a medical background. An experienced entrepreneur and senior executive, he has led M&A transactions on both buy and sell sides and worked extensively in the startup space. Marc is currently Managing Director of the Debiopharm Innovation Fund and serves on the boards of two companies.

Dr. Okan Ekinci, MD, MBA, is Head of Digital Technology and CMIO at Roche Information Solutions. Since joining Roche in 2018, he has led digital health innovation and marketing. Previously, he was CMO and Head of Healthcare Consulting at Siemens Healthineers. A cardiologist and adjunct professor at University College Dublin, Okan advises on digital transformation, personalized healthcare, and AI in medicine.

Steven (Steve) Bourke is a digital health entrepreneur and advocate leading PersonalPulse GmbH to empower patients as equal partners in health innovation. With 20+ years of experience, he drives value-based co-creation across healthcare, co-founded RheumaCura, chairs patient advisory groups, lectures at universities, and advises global digital health programs on patient inclusion and innovation.
